Resolve National Infertility Association: National support organization for people/couples with fertility problems. Resolve has an anonymous help line you can call to ask questions and get information.
FertilityPlus.org: Non-profit web site written by and for patients to provide helpful information about fertility and fertility-related issues.
PBS Nova: 18 Ways to Make a Baby: Companion site to PBS TV show. Good place to learn about the many different fertilization procedures.
HFEA (Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority): HFEA is the British regulating authority for fertility clinics. While this is a British site, it contains useful information for Americans. Site is easy to understand and navigate.
Single Mothers by Choice: Support organization with useful information for single women who choose to have children.
Chosing Single Motherhood: Mikki Morrissette's book about the experiences of women who have decided to become single mothers.
SpermCenter.com: Find a sperm donor. Woman-owned listing service. Search all US sperm banks from one site.
 

Relevant but somewhat less useful:

American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM): Non-profit organization of medical professionals devoted to advancing knowledge about infertility. Publishes voluntary guidelines for laboratory procedures related to handling of sperm as well as helpful fact sheets for patients.
American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB): Non-profit scientific licensing body for wide range of human tissue, of which sperm is only a small part. Most useful is their list of accredited cryobanks at the bottom of this page. Full list including non-sperm tissue banks appears here.
CDC (Center for Disease Control) Reproductive Health: Reproductive Health area of US government CDC site. Lots of information, but hard to digest/navigate.
Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA): FDA regulatory organization to establish quality standards for a wide range of laboratory tests performed on human tissue, including sperm. Mostly technical/legal information.
SpermDonorListing.com: List of US sperm donors and sperm banks.
SpermBankListing.com: List of US sperm banks.
 

Sibling Registries:

DonorSiblingRegistry.com: Place where children conceived from sperm, egg or embryo donation can seek mutually desired contact with their siblings.
